سياسة الخصوصية

تحرص مؤسسة جوهرة آسيا ("نحن") على حماية خصوصية عملائها. توضّح هذه السياسة نوع البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك لتطبيق جوهرة آسيا وموقعنا الإلكتروني، وكيف نستخدمها، وحقوقك تجاهها، بما ينسجم مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية المعمول به في المملكة العربية السعودية.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

1. بيانات تقدّمها بنفسك: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، عنوان التوصيل، وتفاصيل الطلب أو طلب عرض السعر.
2. بيانات تسجيل الدخول: عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Facebook أو Apple نستلم الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب فقط، ولا نطّلع على كلمة المرور الخاصة بحسابك لدى تلك الجهات.
3. الموقع الجغرافي: نطلب إذنك لتحديد موقعك لتسهيل إدخال عنوان التوصيل، ويمكنك رفض الإذن وإدخال العنوان يدوياً.
4. الكاميرا والصور: نطلب الإذن فقط عند رغبتك في رفع صورة (مثل صورة الملف الشخصي)، ولا نصل إلى صورك دون ذلك.
5. بيانات تُجمع تلقائياً: عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، معرّف الجهاز ورمز الإشعارات، الصفحات والشاشات التي زرتها، ومدة الاستخدام — وتُستخدم لتحسين الأداء وإرسال الإشعارات.
6. بيانات الدفع: تُعالَج لدى مزوّدي خدمات الدفع المرخّصين. نحن لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك البنكية على خوادمنا.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

1. تنفيذ طلبك وتجهيزه وتوصيله وإصدار الفاتورة.
2. التواصل معك بخصوص الطلب أو عرض السعر أو خدمة التركيب.
3. الرد على استفساراتك وتقديم الدعم بعد البيع.
4. تحسين تجربة التطبيق والموقع وتشكيلة المنتجات.
5. إرسال الإشعارات والعروض والتحديثات — فقط إذا وافقت على ذلك، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
6. الوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية والمحاسبية والضريبية.

3. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف. نشاركها فقط في أضيق الحدود مع:

1. شركات الشحن والتوصيل — بالقدر اللازم لتسليم طلبك.
2. مزوّدي خدمات الدفع المرخّصين — لإتمام عملية السداد.
3. مزوّدي الخدمات التقنية الذين يشغّلون التطبيق والموقع (مثل خدمات الاستضافة والإشعارات من Google Firebase)، وفق التزامات سرية.
4. الجهات المختصة عند وجود طلب نظامي يوجب ذلك.

4. ملفات الارتباط (Cookies)

يستخدم موقعنا ملفات الارتباط لحفظ سلة التسوّق وتفضيلات اللغة وقياس الأداء. يمكنك تعطيلها من إعدادات المتصفّح، مع العلم أن بعض وظائف الموقع قد لا تعمل بشكل كامل عند تعطيلها.

5. حماية البيانات ومدة الاحتفاظ

نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو التعديل غير المصرّح به. نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات والفواتير للمدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية في المملكة، ثم تُتلف أو تُجهَّل هويتها.

6. حقوقك وحذف الحساب

يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية لدينا، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو سحب موافقتك على استخدامها في الأغراض التسويقية.

حذف الحساب: يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق عبر: الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب. وقد نحتفظ بالبيانات التي يوجب النظام الاحتفاظ بها (مثل الفواتير) للمدة النظامية.

7. روابط خارجية

قد يحتوي التطبيق أو الموقع على روابط لمواقع أخرى (مثل حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي أو مواقع الموردين). لا نتحمّل مسؤولية سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك المواقع.

8. خصوصية القاصرين

خدماتنا موجّهة للبالغين. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون سن الثامنة عشرة.

9. تحديث السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويسري التحديث من تاريخ نشره على هذه الصفحة.

مؤسسة جوهرة آسيا ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the جوهرة آسيا app and our website, how we use it, and your rights, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Data We Collect

1. Data you provide: name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, and order or quotation request details.
2. Sign-in data: when you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, we receive only your name, email address and account identifier. We never see your password for those services.
3. Location: we ask for your permission to detect your location to make entering a delivery address easier. You can decline and enter the address manually.
4. Camera and photos: we request access only when you choose to upload a picture (such as a profile photo), and never access your photos otherwise.
5. Data collected automatically: IP address, device type and operating system, device identifier and notification token, the pages and screens you visit, and usage duration. This is used to improve performance and to send notifications.
6. Payment data: processed by licensed payment service providers. We do not store your bank card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

1. To process, prepare and deliver your order and issue your invoice.
2. To contact you about your order, quotation or installation service.
3. To answer your enquiries and provide after-sales support.
4. To improve the app, the website and our product range.
5. To send notifications, offers and updates, only if you agree. You can turn these off at any time from your device settings.
6. To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

3. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We share it only to the extent necessary with:

1. Shipping and delivery companies, to deliver your order.
2. Licensed payment service providers, to complete your payment.
3. Technical service providers that run the app and website (such as hosting and Google Firebase notifications), under confidentiality obligations.
4. Competent authorities when legally required.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep your shopping cart, remember your language preference and measure performance. You can disable them in your browser settings, although some website features may not work fully without them.

5. Data Security and Retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or alteration. We keep order and invoice records for the period required by accounting and tax regulations in the Kingdom, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may request access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to marketing use.

Account deletion: you can delete your account and data at any time from inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. We may retain data that the law requires us to keep (such as invoices) for the legally required period.

The app or website may contain links to other sites (such as social media accounts or supplier websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
